Registration center of Dushanzi district issued the first real estate certificate to a resident named Wang Li on April 8, kelamayi.com.cn reported.
This means that Karamay launched the registration work of real estate right.
"The registration work guarantees property right. The simplified procedure makes it more convenient for residents to receive the certificates," said Wang Li.
The new certificate increases anti-counterfeiting mark for information search and anti-counterfeiting, according to staff of Dushanzi Land and Resources Bureau.
As long as the house property has not gone through transaction, residents who have the housing property certificates do not need to change them into real estate certificate.
